One more suggestion for those knee high day at the beach. Instead of breaking the joysticks on your Radio Waves Surfer remote control get a Retro Fish. Fish will make catching waves easier than on a shortboard, and you can go faster. Fish is designed for turning, use your legs, pump all the time. Fish surfboard will provide you with more volume than your typical shortboard and will give you more waves on the smaller days. Catch just as many waves as you would on a longboard and generate speed in spots where others go slow. To get a real retro feel get a real twin fin.
