Surf Movies on The Surf Network

What do we do when we got time on our hands and there is no surf? We watch surf movies. There is a new surf movie bonanza on the internet and it is called The Surf Network. They say they have more that 200 television shows and surf movies from the latest to cult classics.

So how do you get your hand on the movies? The usual way – you download it to your iPod. You can get away with watching the downloaded videos on any of the following pieces of hardware – PCs, Macs, iPods, Apple TVs, iPhones, and even Sony PSPs and XBox 360s. Of course the fun is not free – it will cost you from $2.99 and $3.99 for TV shows and $9.99 for movies but once you show the money you can keep the movies forever and watch them over and over as many times you like.

The TV shows:
FiNS – a contemporary insightful look at the sport;
The Surfers Journal – features biographies of the great surfers, filmmakers, and waves;
Long Board TV – magazine format series about surfboards over 9 feet in length;
Surfer Magazine Classics – unlocking the archives and letting you in the neon 80’s.

And just to name a few surf movies: The Endless Summer, Super Sessions, Five Summer Stories, Ticket To Ride, Amazing Surf Stories, A Fist Full Of Barrels, Shark Park etc…
