These babies were introduced a while ago, first time we heard about them was when Layne Beachley got one on during her heats on the WCT. Ken Bradshaw was yelling to her when the sets will be coming, seeing them from high ground. At least this is our vague memory of it. Now they are a big hit with surfing schools, surfers can progress much faster if they are in touch with their coaches on the beach.
They could be also used by surfer girlfriend to yell at their boyfriends its time to come out (or vice versa of course :) ), but at 500$ they are a bit pricey for that. Thanks God! If you want one head over to HeadZone.
