Xcel was founded in 1982 and has became one of the leading surfing wetsuit manufacturers out there. You can find their wetsuits in Americas, Europe, Asia, and the Pacific Rim. Kind of funny since they are located on the North Shore of Oahu, Hawai’i where you do not need a wetsuit most of the time.
