The break from the last surf which was…wait, I am going to measure the distance :)…exactly 9.719,53 km away was way too long. 10.000km and 41 days later one of the more unlikely surf spots decided to wake up. Funny, the local season sucks this year, even in winter and spring we did not get many good days or many days at all, but as soon as the summer started it was just dead flat. Even the west coast of Italy was mostly unsurfable. So we all jumped when windguru colored itself purple with wind gusts up to 50 knots aimed at this bay in the Adriatic sea. It felt good to be back in the sea with a surfboard under your feet, even though the session was average. But the sun, the backdrop, the company made it up.
