Only Adriatic sea can get this glassy. Closed sea that only has waves when the winds are strong. Usually strong winds slowly start to die down so waves and winds diminish at the same time. Or the wind switches direction. But every now and then, first the wind is strong and then it dies down quickly. And then it gets glassy. Glassy with good sized waves. This is what happened this Friday. First light, dawn patrol and almost 2m sets without a single ripple on the whole sea. This lasted a good hour, then we had some light sideshore for a while and then again glass until the evening. On of the best days at this spot.
